What is Breathwork?

Breathwork is a practice that has been used for thousands of years in various cultures and traditions.

Today breathwork is used in a variety of contexts from yoga and meditation to psychotherapy and trauma healing.

By intentionally controlling our breath, we can tap into the power of our own bodies and minds to promote healing, reduce stress and improve overall well-being.

I use breathwork to help you release stored stress and emotions, let go of negative patterns, and cultivate a sense of inner peace and freedom. By working with your breath and body, you can access states of consciousness that are beyond the limitations of the mind and experience profound healing on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level
