My Breathwork Journey
My name is Neil, and if you had told me I would be a breathwork facilitator 5 years ago, I wouldn't have any idea what you were talking about.
I stumbled across breathwork by accident, I was invited to a class that I thought was more of a light meditation and didn't really think anything else of it. This was definitely not the case. During my breathwork journey, I had a profound experience and had some life-changing realisations.
Since then I have been on a personal journey of healing and transformation through the power of the breath. After discovering the profound benefits of this practice and was inspired to study to become a facilitator so I could share this practice with others.
